Mile High Klub is an early-access dating web app for adults. By creating or using a member profile, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Notice explains how data is used.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use a dating service where you live. Use your own identity, accurate age, and photos you have permission to share. ChatGPT sign-in identifies your account; it does not verify your age, background, or intentions. Countries and other profile details are self-reported.

How the service works

Free features include worldwide discovery, profiles, mutual matches, 20 swipes and 10 sent text messages per UTC calendar day. A first like or pass on a profile counts as one swipe; revisiting that profile the same day does not count again. Likes from the profile grid use the same allowance. Message limits apply across all conversations; reading received messages is free. Allowances reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over. Discovery shows member-created profiles. We do not promise a match, relationship, response, or particular number of members in your area.

Serious Mode starts only after a match accepts an invitation. It hides both profiles from other members and pauses other connections inside this app. Either person can leave at any time. It cannot control behavior outside the app.

MHK Plus subscriptions

When checkout is enabled, MHK Plus costs $9.99 USD per month, with the final amount shown before payment. It renews monthly until cancelled. Subscription benefits include unlimited daily swipes and sent messages, initiating Serious Mode, Cross Paths, Connection Compass comparisons, Time Bridge date proposals, and automatic translation when its service is connected. Translation includes up to 1,000 new incoming-message translations per UTC calendar month; unused allowance does not roll over and failed translations do not count.

Paid checkout is currently closed. CCBill is the planned payment provider, subject to merchant approval and completed integration. No live CCBill checkout is available. No charge occurs simply by joining or clicking an unavailable subscription button. Benefits requiring an external service are marked unavailable until connected. Review the currently available features before subscribing.

Cancellation and refunds

Use My profile → Manage Plus → Manage subscription, or the billing link on our Help page, to access billing management once payments are enabled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Deleting a profile is separate from cancelling billing. The app requires your subscription to end before profile deletion. A suspended account can still access billing management and support.

For billing errors, a refund request, or an unavailable cancellation portal, submit a “Billing or refund” request on the Help page. Requests are reviewed by the operator; refunds are not automatically issued by this website. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights still apply. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Content, safety, and account access

You keep ownership of your content and permit us to store, display, and process it as needed to run this service. Do not post content you are not entitled to share. We may remove content or restrict accounts for guideline violations or safety concerns. You can ask for a review through support. Reporting a profile also blocks it. Reports are reviewed by the operator; this is not an emergency service and responses are not immediate.

Availability and changes

This early-access service can experience errors, interruptions, or changes. AI translation can misunderstand context; view the original and clarify important details with your match. Time Bridge schedules a date and provides a calendar event; it does not include a video call. Material subscription changes will be explained before they apply to a new purchase or renewal.
