PRIVACY NOTICE · OCTOBER 24, 2026

Your story deserves care.

What we collect and why

Our sign-in provider supplies a site-specific account ID, email address, and an optional name. We use the ID to connect your records to your account. Email is used for payment account setup and support. Your sign-in email is not shown on dating profiles.

We store the profile you choose to submit: name, birth date, city, country, gender, dating intention, bio, languages, interests, and optional photo. Your birth date is used to calculate age; other members see your age, not your birth date. Profile details can reveal sensitive personal information. Creating or saving a profile requires your explicit consent to processing and displaying your dating profile. Leave optional sensitive details out if you do not want to share them.

We also store daily swipe decisions to enforce free allowances, likes, mutual matches, messages, Serious Mode choices, blocks, reports, optional Connection Compass answers, time zone, travel plans, date invitations, translation preferences and results, support requests, subscription status, and administrative decisions. We use these to provide features, apply your choices, prevent abuse, and manage billing or support.

Who can see what

Signed-in members with a profile can discover eligible member profiles. A mutual like opens messaging. Serious Mode, suspensions, and blocks restrict profile access and contact. These restrictions do not erase content someone already viewed or copied. Do not post a home address, financial details, identity documents, or anything you want to keep out of a dating profile.

The owner’s portal can review profiles, reports, support requests, and subscription status for administration. It has no private-chat browsing screen. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted; they are processed and stored by the service infrastructure. Access restrictions in the app are not a promise that a conversation can never be accessed for a valid operational, safety, or legal purpose.

Service providers and translation

OpenAI provides the site’s sign-in and hosting platform, with Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure for database and file storage. Paid checkout is closed. CCBill is the planned provider and is not yet integrated. Once an approved payment provider is connected, it processes payment and bank details; this site stores customer and subscription identifiers and status, not full card numbers or your bank credentials.

Translation is off by default. If you enable it with Plus, incoming message text is sent to OpenAI with the selected target language for translation. The request does not include your sign-in email or profile. Originals stay unchanged. Translations are cached in the service database. Disabling translation stops new requests; cached results are not automatically erased. OpenAI requests are made with storage disabled, but provider security and abuse-monitoring retention can still apply. Do not use translation for text you do not want processed by that provider.

Storage in your browser

Message drafts stay in memory for the current visit. Member profiles and interactions are stored with your signed-in account. Browser site-data controls can clear local preferences. Legacy demo data is removed from this browser when the app opens. The app does not currently include advertising trackers. Hosting and authentication providers can process technical logs and cookies under their own policies.

Deletion and your requests

My profile → Delete member profile removes the profile, photo, swipe decisions, likes, matches, shared conversation history, travel and date plans, preferences, consent record, and associated translations from the active app database. Deletion ends Serious Mode for both people. If a subscription is still in progress, cancel it and wait until it ends before deleting the profile.

Reports, moderation decisions, audit records, support tickets, and payment records may remain after profile deletion for safety, support, dispute handling, and recordkeeping. Infrastructure logs or backups can have separate retention. We do not promise immediate erasure from every provider system. To request access, a copy, correction, further deletion, or review of data handling, use “Privacy or deletion” on the Help page. We may need to verify your account before acting. You can withdraw dating-profile consent by deleting your profile; this does not undo prior processing.

International use and age

Service providers may process data outside your country. Worldwide discovery does not mean the service has been approved by every country’s regulator or guarantees availability everywhere. This service is for adults 18 and over. Report a suspected underage profile through the profile’s Report control or support.
