Subscription and payment help

Plus is $9.99 USD per month when live checkout opens. Joining does not charge you. Manage subscription opens Stripe’s secure portal, where you can update payment details and cancel. If you cannot open it, send a Billing or refund request below.

Profile and safety

Open a profile to block or report. Either person can leave Serious Mode from the conversation. Delete your profile from My profile; any active subscription must end first. Countries and ages are self-reported, and identity verification is not yet offered.

On your phone

This is a mobile-friendly web app. In Safari on iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. In Chrome on Android, use the browser menu → Add to Home screen. Native App Store and Google Play apps have not been released.
