Consent carries the conversation

No harassment, threats, hate, coercion, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact. Respect a decline, a block, and someone’s decision to leave Serious Mode. A match or invitation is not consent to sexual content or an offline meeting.

Keep the Klub for dating

No scams, money requests, spam, paid sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal activity. No nudity, explicit sexual images, or sexual content involving minors. Do not distribute another person’s private messages or personal information without permission.

Use the controls

Open a profile to Block or Report. Reporting also blocks contact and sends the concern to the owner’s moderation queue. Include enough detail to explain what happened; do not include banking information or identity documents. You can also raise a safety concern on the Help page. Support is not monitored continuously.

Take care offline

Do not send money to a match. Meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and tell someone you trust about your plans. Serious Mode does not verify a person’s background or guarantee exclusivity outside this app. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Fair review

The operator may restrict an account while reviewing a concern. Suspension hides the profile and stops member activity. You can request review through support. Billing management remains available so a restriction does not prevent cancelling a subscription.
